Grand Marshall William “Champagne” Chandler
Brief Bio of this Year's Grand Marshall
Grand Marshall Sirr Chandler, who holds the distinction as the first and only male to serve as chair of the Queen’s Committee and six-time King of the Band, was adjudged to be this year's Adult Parade Grand Marshall. Sirr Chandler is a veteran with the Elskoe and Associates troupe and is also former president of modeling group Roses and Champagne. Currently, he is the lead Mixologist at the main Casino located at the Crown Bay Cruise Center.
